Congratulations to Lonnie Wannum for being named GCEE’s “Featured Teacher” for the month of October. Lonnie, a 5th grade teacher at Livingston Elementary in Covington (Newton County), is being recognized for exemplary work in the classroom and his dedication to making himself a better educator each semester.
