Economics in Children’s Literature: Grades 4 and 5 Kicks Off

Post

GCEE’s newest workshop, Economics in Children’s Literature: Grades 4 and 5, made its world debut in front of a group of excited Henry County teachers this week. This workshop, which was funded by the Zeist Foundation, uses four unique children’s books to help teachers incorporate effective literacy strategies into creative and engaging STEM, language arts, and social studies lessons. All four books are provided to teachers along with the lessons that are demonstrated at the workshop. GCEE looks forward to taking this fantastic workshop across the state in the weeks and months to come.
